Advanced Bill of Materials |
Advanced Bill of Materials is designed to create and maintain bill of materials of products. For every product Bill of Material can contain purchased and in-house manufactured parts as well as sub-assemblies.
Advanced Bill of Materials provides effective control over production costs. User interface makes it easy to create and edit BOMs by selecting parts directly from “Parts”, “Assemblies” and “Sub Assemblies” boxes. Unwanted parts/assemblies marked “Discontinued” prevented from being included in new BOMs. Comprehensive reporting tool meets the most desirable requirements.

Advanced Explosion WorkFlow |
Advanced Explosion WorkFlow is designed to control daily production and to automate all shop floor documents needed for the manufacturing process.
Advanced Explosion WorkFlow gets the list of orders available for production from Order Entry or from Scheduling, explodes them (Orders->Products->Parts), automatically creates shop floor ticket with automatically linked AutoCAD drawing, exploded Bill of Material, options and descriptions from Orders, ISO information for defect capturing and barcode for internal tracking.

Advanced Enterprise requires Microsoft SQL Server to operate. In can work with free MSDE Edition, but for full multi-user functionality we recommend a full version of Microsoft SQL Server.
